These 53 award-winning chapters brought together alumni and friends of the University of Tennessee in communities across Tennessee and the nation. Local alumni volunteers provided quality programming between Jan. 1, 2010, and Dec. 31, 2010, including networking events, TV-viewing parties, lifelong learning programs and speakers from the university. The award-winning chapters also have participated in community service projects and student recruitment activities, and several have provided scholarships for students.
