2021 UT Alumni Association Outstanding Teacher Award Winners

These awards are given to faculty members on all UT campuses who have been selected by their colleagues and students as the outstanding teachers in a given year. The awards carry a stipend of $1,000 to $2,000.

These awards recognize faculty and staff members who make substantial contributions during a particular year to the welfare and good of the state or national public. These recipients are selected by a committee appointed by the university president through recommendations from the chancellors or vice presidents on each campus. The awards are $1,000 each.

2021 UT Alumni Association Distinguished Service Professorship

These awards, valued at $1,000 annually, represent a direct attempt on the part of the UT Alumni Association to attract and retain outstanding professors. Once selected, faculty members continue to receive the stipend for a three-year period as long as they remain at the university in a full-time professional position.
